Every session has been different and I particularly enjoy Access Bars, although I have benefited from all that I have tried. My head always feels much clearer after a Bars session.

The initial purpose was to ease the tension in my neck, which it definitely did, but even better than that, I was totally relaxed and had the most restorative nights sleep I can ever remember.
