My time with Liz has been wonderful, she's helped my pain, and shown me ways to calm myself and deal with difficult times in my life. She has also helped my lifelong phobia of spiders. In just one session she has stopped me from going into sheer panic from just seeing a photo of a spider.

I had my very first experience of a bespoke session with the use of a itera-hertz frequency device and some gentle hands on healing.

I didn't know what any of that meant either! But the only source of knowledge is experience it.

The initial purpose was to ease the tension in my neck, which it definitely did, but even better than that, I was totally relaxed and had the most restorative nights sleep I can ever remember.

I have been suffering migraines all my life and the last 6 months have been particularly bad with almost constant head pain and symptoms. I had 4 sessions with Liz and at each, we talked through what was happening with my migraines at that particular time and Liz adapted each session to concentrate on the moment. The sessions were relaxing, soothing and the outcomes very surprising to me, with Liz able to detect my migraine energy and more importantly made me feel the energy.
